My fermenting chamber - a gnarly old chest freezer, is filthy with lots of mold growing indside. What should I clean the bugger out with?

was thinking sdoa crystals or sugar soap and a coat of rubbing alcohol - anyone know where I can obtain some rubbing alcohol?

Dont worry about the rubbing alcohol. Clean it out so that it shines - and this will do.
Spray and wipe, that's right!

That's all I do when mine gets dirty!
Just Spray and walk away!!
I still walk away!
just throw a bucket of hot water with either some bleach or cleaner in it, wash it around and tip it out, then walk away!
Cleaned it up and dumped a 'damp rid' container in there - hopefully keeps the mold at bay.
damp rid is the shit for that sort of thing.
seconded...new chest freezer for kegs..constantly wet sides, pooling of water on the floor..doesn't help that all the nice moist air gets in whenever I pour a beer. Stuck in a damp rid pot ( $7 from bunnings) and she's dry as the ozzie outback...
Hard out. I think I'd rename it 'scary-black-mold rid' if I had the chance.

Oh and the signature range version is crap. Spend the money on the brand name stuff.
