I am thinking about buying a new mill, and wanted everyone's input on which ones they are happiest with. I am not so handy, so building one is not an option.
What brand and model of mill do you guys use?
What brand and model do you wish you had?
Is there really any advantage in having a three roller mill? JT was kind enough to let me use his two-roller model, and it seemed to work well.
At this point I plan to still turn the mill manually, maybe I will add a motor when I am back in NZ, but it seems a bit foolish to get a motor for 110, and then need a new one for 240v.
Cheers!

As far as I can tell, three rollers gives a better crush. I really do not know though. Maybe the mm3.0 would work out for me?

I'm using an MM2.0 and i love it.
The crush is pretty spot on and I'm not sure that an MM3 could do a whole lot better. I guess you pays your money and takes your choice. I'm sure there's another thread on here all about mills
There's some older info in this thread
I have a Barley Crusher. It works well for me and I crank it all by hand and have no desire to change. Yeah, the rollers are smaller than the MM rollers but somehow I don't think it's the biggest problem with my beers :) Maybe my efficiency would be higher but as a homebrewer that doesn't really concern me.
