Hi have just started doing some all grain brewing in Christchurch - have done a wit, and a Little Creatures Pale ale clone that turned out well tasty but am planning on making a belgian dubbel, then a tripel on the yeast cake from it - is anyone local doing an AG brew of anything over the next couple of weeks so i could check out their process and pick their brains about Belgian styles and does anyone have a decent dubbel yeast stashed away they could spare a starter of ?
