Beginner wanting to brew Epic Pale Ale with home brew kit

I found the following ingredients on the Epic website: Malt - English Pale Ale, Crystal, Hops - US Cascade. Is there anyway of replicating this? What are Crystal's? What kit would be an English Pale Ale base to start with? Any other ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Thanks for pointing that out. There should be enough big hop flavour with the 100gm near the end??? I think the hop schedule was 50gm 60min, 50gm 10 min, 50gm flameout & dry hop 100gm. I love that hoppy aroma!!!

I'm thinking about using doing an extract version of Joking's recipe above. I have a kilo of 147 EBC Crystal that I want to use up. If I substitute that for the 410 g of 90 EBC, I assume I can get about the right colour by using less crystal. Is it as simple as 410 x 90/140? that would work out at 250g of the 147 EBC. Also, what effect would the substitution have on the flavours?
