Hi there,

Just wondering what the best course of action to procuring a beer engine in NZ would be? Has anyone had any experience in ordering these from the U.K? I imagine shipping must be a killer? What sort of prices?

Cheers
Alex

I can recommend the quality of beer engines coming from Centriflow...

Not sure about shipping, though I'm sure the Centriflow guys will be able to help there. I was involved in a bulk purchase, organised by Brendon MacKenzie a few years ago. Brendon managed to source free shippnig, in a friend's container, and they worked out to be around $300 each. I purchased three, I think we got about 10 or twelve all up.

I'm sure there are a few people on here that would be keen to buy one.
There are various threads kicking around on here if you search.

I brought a couple in earlier this year. They were sourced by my dad in the UK, although it sounds like his source was a fraction, ahem, dodgy. Yes, the shipping is the killer. Worked out at about 50 pounds for the pump, and same again for shipping.

It is a thing of beauty and wonder though.
