Mike - Is that your Imperial beer for the WnBC or is that just an everyday quaffer for you?
Just a Lawnmower beer!! Have 1 than fall asleep! Maybe I should of called it Anasthesia!! Maybee I do use it? Maybe not all I know it is the fastest way to get rid off my hops!!
Drinking it now, tastes like teabags!!
English Breakfast or Earl Grey?
More like strong chinese green tea, you know the one its like big thum green tea @ yum cha on a Sunday on steroids.
cook your dim sims in it ?
Now that an idea!! I have 5L of the stuff in a cask ready for the hand pump on sunday but I am scarred to drink the thing!!

That looks like a nice brew Mike. I dont wanna stick my nose in... but I reckon Columbus would go better than the Simcoe at the 60 min mark.

But then again... I don't like my tongue much.

Simcoe would be nice enough...
Have none!! And not liking it at the moment bro, Could use Chinook? thats a better bitterer or something else with a higher Cohumulone to give it some bite Simcoe @ 18% is a little soft diddle. Maybee NZ Cascade? That stuff is about the same as Columbus or Chinook
You are right. Chinook would be good... that's what I used in Mikes IPA. NZ Cascade could be the ticket too - it's not like you're short on that stuff aye?!?!
