Meh, one shouldn't have to change one's view just because the subject of that view has died. I didn't much care for the guy. I couldn't stand Michael Jackson either. Excellent brew day. Finally got some of my processes down pat and today was much more enjoyable. Not so much worry and second guessing of what I'm doing. Missed my OG by 1 point so I'm pretty stoked with that. I did have a mare and over hopped it (over hopped you say?!) at the 15min mark which has given it more bitterness than I wanted. Hopefully it will mallow out some otherwise I may have an Imperial Saison... The T-58 was in action within a couple of hours so it's bubblin' away just nicely now.
