Yeah, I'll take all the credit if this wins!
I won't be sharing the cash prize. Hope you understand, I have to recup from last time!
Just milling up for the last of this series of three lagers with the 34/70.
96% Malturop and 2% each Munich and Caramalt, last of stocks
1.040 with Super Alpha to bitter and then Motueka at 20, 10, 1

Going to rack the second lager and save the slurry using Jo's method this evening again

Then next week I'll have to do a quick keg filler ale ... lagers are all well & good, but the extended ferment time can take it's toll on stocks !
Just mashed in Te Maunga, a sort of Sierra Nevada inspired maori language week brew thingy

Gladfields Pale, Cara-pils, Light Crystal
Willamette, NZ Cascade
Aiming for 1.052 and 39IBU
I've used Willamette for bittering and cascade later in a lower gravity version of Palmers Lady Liberty pale, very nice too
A couple days off so it's brew time

Calm before the Golden Shower

My daughter broke her arm today. Not that it has anything to do with brewing. But that will explain the beers name.
