Looks nice Martin. At first glance I thought you must have mistyped the Roast Barley at 80g but that amount of chocolate is quite significant. Might seem more like a porter though. I've never tried Rogue's Shakespeare Stout though.
It's certainly dark enough! Hydrometer sample tastes really interesting. A real fruit sweetness in there behind the roastiness. Wort looks great. Just need a good ferment now and we're laughing.
Yup, it's the CYBI recipe, minus the colossal amounts of Whirfloc! I'm looking forward to this one. Should be available at a certain birthday-related gathering in about 6 weeks...
