15m of copper for making an Immersion Chiller. Be quick, these listings don't stay around long!! http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.aspx?id=484281278
Not on Trademe but 30L pots for $30 (14 hours left). Not sure on the quality though, but I guess you get what you pay for!

45l ss electric hot water urn for $100 : )
That looks dodgy, 9kw on a "standard household plug". That would be close to 40 amps through a single phase line. The nameplate list it as 3 phase 380V - from that it looks like it is made in, and for, somewhere in Asia. I have asked a question to clarify this but would be cautious to buy it.
I would expect it is a 3 phase element and it has been rewire so only one "element" is on, I would be expecting it to still be more than a standard 10 amp plug though, but more like only 3 kW.

Thanks for posting this link.... I bought that sellers hot water vessel (not the one you linked) last night.

Its a solid piece of kit, wall thickness looks to be about 2-3mm holds about 150L. Has an electric element thermowell and even a wire false bottom, solid lid. And its on wheels. Huge bargain for $200. I havent had a chance to look at the power of the element or the wiring etc, but even if all that has to be replaced it will still make a mighty fine HLT. It stands about 5.5 feet tall and is a good half meter wide, I have no idea where Im going to put it, my wife freaked out when she saw it and all I could do was grin! Shiney steel!

Lol!! Classic. I know the feeling. Great buy.
Not on TradeMe... but maybe someone could use one of these for smoking malt? ;) http://www.3deals.co.nz/site/deal-5ECEDD47/Fishtech-Vertical-LPG-Sm...
I'd be keen to know what these are like - due for a volume upgrade for my kettle. Have been using an older trademe stainless pot and looks like the same type - it's been pretty good, though still don't trust that the handles aren't going to fall off soon!
Seems pretty good, wonder if that 6mm base thickness is accurate...
Does look good. I have asked a question about the thickness of the walls. If anyone else finds out I would be interested... you could post it up here.
The pots look pretty similar to the tinny one I bought of trademe a while back. The base on my current one is definitely not 6mm though!
I am keen to mount a weldless fitting on a decent pot so I can put a tap on one... but I might have to go for something a bit more solid than this one?
Perhaps they mean 0.6mm?
I've got a weldless fitting on my cheapy kettle which looks pretty similar. No problems with leaking, you just have to be careful when you're drilling the hole not to tear the edge when you go through. (I think Pilgrim suggested a chassis punch recently which sounds like a great solution.)
