Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

Had to go to New World for a few groceries and picked up a bottle of O'Hanlon's Original Port Stout. Should round the evening off nicely. World Beer Cup Silver Medal and CAMRA Champion beer, it's got a lot of promise, I hope it can live up to it.
Tuatara Helles
3 boys Golden ale- Tasting Great
Blanche de Bambule
Renaissance Craftsman stout.
Still haven't had my bottle of Bambule Blonde Bier yet... just waaaaaaaaaay too slack! That big ABV weight belt offset against the sheer volume of the bottle have put me off while I have been so bust at work! I should just roll my sleeves up and get stuck in!

I bet a gem awaits.
Maaaate, I'm really glad you still have it. It was tasting pretty good as I drank the last bottle, but only just so. It will only improve I'm sure. If your a fan of the 3787 high gravity abbey yeast then you'll dig it. That's the problem with riggers, its all or nothing once their open. You may need some company to drink or just accept your fate.

Been meaning to say, drank a green flash west coast IPA last week, the whole head in a hop sack experience gave me flash backs to those Naked poppy days. It made me realise how great that beer was.
Me tonight, a dirty old pint of beer I brewed with a dude in New Plymouth, Rochefort 10 and bananary pint of mud coloured Hefeweizen.
Mike - are you drinking MMMMoMMft4CH? I only have 3 bottles left....
Yip. I got 9 left. So greatfull I still have 9!!
The head continues to swell with comments like that... especially when comparing beers to Green Flash! I had that stuff in San Diego - and it blew my mind! It's awesome to see it round here. CYBI on TBN has a recipe for it... and I have all the hops to brew it too! Might post the recipe up soon...
Post it I seem to have tampered with mine so its aint true and I cant be bothered listening to the Pope and Tasty talk bollocks. Heres my memory at a test

80% 2 Row
7% Carapils
6% Carastan
7% Dextrose

8g Simcoe @ 60
8g Simcoe @ 30
8g Columbus @ 30

15 mins of Centenial and Cascade
0 Mins Centential

Dry Hoped with Amarillo Cascade Simcoe and Columbus
Here ya go Mike, transcribed from the show to avoid all the bollocks! Note, it's been scaled from their batch size and for my efficiency, hence the odd quantities of things. A little rounding won't kill it! :)

Nice! I was looking at that recipe on TBN the other day. Went straight to my "Must Brew One Day List"
My IPA for the WBC was based very closely on that CYBI recipe, except with the bitterness turned UP a bit. It's tasting mighty fine still. I reckon the judges were pissed :)
