Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

Just make sure you leave the swine flu in AU Rev!
A rigger of Green Man Best bitter. Not one I've had before

Been reading reviews of G M stuff on ratebeer and loved Highlandlads comment about Green Man being the Man City of Dunedin. I see corrupt Thai politicians followed by wealthy Arabs on the Otago horizon

Well Invercargill already has Mr Shadbolt ?
If the Arabs strip mine Dunners looking for gold, the locals will be sent offto toil in the Southland swede plantations ?
I'd be more worried about the presence of Kevin Dunne at the back (maybe doing the bottling, or the orders)
Solid, if one paced, for much of the day, with the occasional horrendous fuck-up ruining things.
Drinking an Amstel clone I made for my brother in law. Been sitting in the keg lagering for about 4 weeks.... a bit immature still, however VERY drinkable. The tettnang is noticeable for the spicy after taste, and the hallertau and riwaka late additions were way too light for me (due to becoming an apprentice hop head, thanks Joe and Mike!) It should be a good drinker in another week or two, just in time for his party.

My blonde joke v3 went into the keg tonight, it tastes good now! Need to move two kegs to get the APA brewed on saturday into the fridge... that's the one I want!
Just had the leftover dregs after kegging my Tasty McDole APA and it's absolutely stunning. I am now a confirmed fan of multi-layered US hops. Not a vast quantity, but loads of bang for buck. It's carbing up now, so should be great next week.
Choice bro.

Mines dry hopping at the moment, will cold crash and fine this weekend and then keg her when my keg of bitter runs dry.
Sweet. We must arrange a taste-off.
Just tried a Three Boys Oyster Stout... beautiful. Started out a bit too cold so not as flavorful as I had hoped. However, once it started to warm up.... mmmmmm. If you haven't tried one... do so.
Rodenbach Grand Cru

Fucking.

Awesome.

Hopefully there's something in those dregs cause I'm making a starter with that tomorrow.
Michael Jackson said it. The most refreshing beer in the world. Imagine being able to homebrew something like that!
Ran a beer tasting for some mates last night. Worked our way thru - Mussel Inn Golden Goose, Epic Lager, Green Fern Organic Lager, Croucher PA, Brew Moon IPA, Epic PA, Mussel Inn Dark Horse, Emersons Porter and Renaissance Porter.

Favourites in each 'style' were the Epic Lager, Epic PA and the Renaissance, though i thought the Dark Horse was one of the beers of the evening.
