Event Description


This year our annual Michael Jackson Memorial Tasting will explore the wonderful world of beer and food matching. Michael Jackson was the father of modern beer writing and a vocal proponent of matching great beer with great food. In association with the kitchen team at The Hop Garden we will present a range of beer and food matches based on some of the beer and food combinations that Michael wrote about. From lamb and biere de garde, ceviche and old ale, to Weizenbock and ginger cake this will be a tasting to remember! Join Geoff Griggs and Kieran Haslett-Moore for a night of gastronomic delight!

 

Please note that this tasting is not suitable for Vegetarians.
