This takes a shed-load of skill. It also takes a shed-load of hops. In fact there are 15 crammed into this bottle, Many brewers would call that 'insane'.

really where? OK it's true but to make the leap from "opportunity to brew in the UK" to Wetherspoons festival is pretty large, isn't it?
