Gidday, does anybody have a proven recipe for ginger beer? I am hoping to make something similar to the Dux's 'Ginger Tom'
Can't seem to find anything around here.

Since no one has chimed in - this was something I came up with very loosely based on Ginger Tom I - called it Ginger Nutter - I LOVE ginger so this had a lovely ginger aroma and a good spicy kick so you could back the ginger right off to a couple of hundred grams as a starting point?

It is an extract recipe to save time but could easily be converted to grain if required.

Thanks Chris, looks similar to what I brewed but mine turned out a little sweet as I did not use as much ginger and I back sweetened with stuff from a ginger beer kit. Next time will leave that out. Tastes not bad all the same.
