Euan, there is a discussion already started on the forum in relation to hops, and when where to get them, just use the search in the top right corner for "hop rhizomes".

It's the wrong time of year for rhizomes, try again in June / July / September. As for cuttings which part of the country are you in? Either way, better to use the forum, than to post in a blog.
