A quick brew last night, using 2 cans of Black Rock LME, steeping 300g of Cara-amber and 100g of Crystal, 300g of left over DME. 30g of Pacific Hallertau (6.5%AA)@60mins, 70g of Saaz (2.5%AA)@30mins, 30g of Saaz (2.5AA)@0mins at about 30IBU, OG 1045. Fermenting with US-05.
