This beer really does taste more than a little like honey!

I also noticed subtle bitterness and floral aromas; these take the edge off malt sweetness without entirely neutralising it. I feel this is a great beer for people who haven't drunk craft beer before. It is sessionable, but has enough body to provide a challange.

This is more of a summer than a winter beer, but I'll definately brew it again - probably from October onward.
