the fermenter on the RHS, what size is it , and if you can how much it cost you?  how do you temp control this fermenter looks non jacketed?

The closest one is a 100L one and the one in the background is a 600L I also have a 80L the 100L one has a heater belt with a pid controller as far as a jacket I use a jacket lol an 1980's x fire service wool jacket
