Awesome shane, did you manage to get the Alarms working on the Temp PID's I couldn't make sense of the documentation

yes in testing they work fine, i havent run through a brew yet with it as i have to fit the sensors and complete the wiring but the alarms did work.

Thats awesome! Do you mind if I ask what it cost in the end? and did you get your pid's and relay's from the US?

Im not sure exactly but would say somewhere between 600 - 800 all up.  I import a few different temp controllers from China.  The buttons etc i ordered from ebay but that was a hassle as some didnt turn up so had problems.

Nice one... Yeah I have been slowly collecting stainless kit and fittings for my own, just the control panel and electricity to get really..... The latter being the most difficuilt. Are you hiring a sparky to wire in some 30amp fuses? Or are you skilled in that department? I had an insane quote to get a couple of fuses installed, which has put my plans on ice for now

My elements are 3KW so i only need a 15AMP circuit for that and have a dedicated one.
