Bhut Joklia , Rocoto Red , Rocoto Yellow , Habanero Savine Red - would be nice to try making some hot sauces with them but I guess if I get lazy or have a bumper crop I can always just send them up to Taranaki for Joe to have for breakfast....

Cripes bhut jolokia, tried them before? I ordered some dorset naga from the UK which is a subspecies of the same but unfortunately they never arrived, both types are supposed to be nuclear. Rocotos are the money for smoking Im thinking a rocoto chipotle stout would be pretty awesome! I gotta mean Vietnamese-ish chilli sauce recipe if youre interested...

I was lucky enough to have them gifted to me - but long story short Trade Me

Never had Bhut J before but by the looks on Joe's face whilst he was eating one they might be safer in a hot sauce!
