A quick trip to Placemakers and my Morebeer weldless thermometer is installed. Excellent! Now just to install the 2 weldless bulkheads in my boil kettle and hot liquor tank and I can feel complete!

For those putting one of these into your mash tun in future, make sure you its positioned *well below* your usual mash level. $#@*!

Shocker wouldn't describe it. Perhaps just need to do double batches from now on, though will likely bung up that hole and put in another one, sigh.

Done loads of stuff like that, like losing 12L of US IPA to the floor, Smashing to Glass fermenter in 1 day, warping the inside of my mash tun due to 85deg water. the list is long but 1 thing I gained from it was that I havnt done it again!!
