Steve Nally and Pru "Smokin" Bishop have fun with a few hops on the brewday for Yeastie Boys "His Majesty 2009" - a 100% NZ hopped IPA set for release in Beervana week.

Malts: Pearl, Carapils and Carmunich. Hops: Pacific Jade, Sauvin, NZ Cascade, NZ Willamette and Riwaka (10g/L in the kettle). Yeast: "Chico"
