does the sparge arm spin due to water spraying from the tips to provide rotation?

Inner sprays are pretty much straight down and the outlet positions rotates to closer to horizontal the further towards the end, driving the rotation. About 6-8 outlets each side

is the center fitting a commercial release or tooled by chris, reminds me of a stainless dishwasher fitting from past days....
