I seem to remember you were involved in the cheesemaking industry, Although I may be wrong!
Anyway, I,d like to try some homebrew cheesemaking if thats at all possible? or worth it? If you have any good links on the process or nz suppliers of cheesemaking ingredients, ie bacteria etc, that would be mint, in the mean time I,ll start some reading!

I stumbled on a good beer-cheese match on the weekend.  Taieri George and Meyer Maasdam.  The spice of the beer and the fruity-ness of the cheese were brilliant together.  Or it may have just been me....
