About Me:
I'm a distiller working backwards :) I'm fairly good at crafting my own spirits (properly, none of this carbon filter and add flavour rubbish), but it's time to conquer a new challenge. I've skipped out the extract / partial stage and jumped right into all grain. Hoping to get a nice gravity fed setup going soon.

I'm quite unable to help anyone about beer, but if any of you do spirits as well, let me know if I can help!

    I've tried a PM reply again - sorry I couldn't get through via this - hope you got my post on yesterday's forum but just in case you haven't I thought I'd post on your wall instead.

    I'd be well pleased if you were happy to share a wee drop of your gin (or any other spirit you're happy to share) - I was damn impressed with the write up on your distillery - has tweaked my interest I have to say!
