    Hi Tim, your system looks really good!  I am doing something similar but all-electric and not so hard-plumbed in. One thing to look out for that has caught a few people out is the positioning of the mashmaster thermometers, if you are doing a small beer or a single batch then there is a danger of the probe being above the mash.
