Hey del, what ingredients are you looking for ? I'm sure the collective knowledge here abouts can either point you in the right direction or suggest good substitutions

    cheers, jt

    Hey DelMonte,

I note that you're in Chch. If you have hassle getting stuff in lhbs here, I'd be willing to jump on a bulk buy from Dunedin Malthouse with you. I wasn't overly impressed with what was on store here either
  • beerbatteredbeer

hopefully soon. i'm thinking i might try and visit november 09. there's a slim chance i could make the trip this nov. but there are a number of factors that might play out too late for me to get an affordable ticket. all the same, start putting together a brewery list for touring!
  • HerrSchnapps

ABC (Another Brew Club), if you're a Canterbury Uni student I'll give you Joes (President) email. It's $10 to join up, and Your-Shout gives 10% off, Harrington's hooks us up with free riggers and shit, there's a brewery tour or too (I think its Wigram next, which was the shit last semester, $25 for the whole afternoon, free-for-all on their taps with the owner/brewer), and a brew comp etc
  • HerrSchnapps

No problem, the more the merrier right? I'm finished for this semester, so I'll be staying well away from campus for the next fortnight ;). I'll definitely drop in start of next semester and have a yarn, names Jade, stoked to meet someone else that's been bitten by the brew bug!
    Cheers
