Saison will be judged according to the NHC descriptions which can be found here:

I have calculated our next date should be Saturday 28th March. Same place/time (Hallertau, 3PM)

I assume 3pm judging means starts at 3pm or should we get there earlier?

I prefer to have people arrive a little early so we can get your entries into the chiller. The goal is to start judging shortly after 3 but only because it takes a little time to get set up.
