Those are awesome and you can buy a false bottom for them fairly cheaply but if you can't find one for a reasonable price a rectangular one does the trick.
If you really want to fly sparge then shape matters, ie round and narrower/taller is the way to go. You also need draining to be super even, avoid channeling and go real slow, like 45min to sparge. If every thing is perfect then efficiency is slightly higher than batch sparge.
With batch sparge on the other hand its harder to mess up and you can get good efficiency with a bazooka screen down one end of a rectangular tun. I often think fly sparging is a good idea and usually regret it, even in my round false bottomed vessel batch seems to work better.
