Hello friendly brewers.

I like to make beer and I've convinced my company that brewing our own beer and giving it away is a great idea. Suckers.

But I've found it hard to find someone willing to help us, I can only make 25L plus all the licensing issues etc....

I'm looking to produce around 200L (or a bit more) and be involved in the process (so we can really say "we brewed that.... with a little help".)

Any leads on someone who might be able to help out? Offering market rates of course.

Preferably Auckland but could travel.

Thanks in advance.

go and talk to http://brothersbeer.co.nz/   they might be able to help they do a lot of smaller batches

Thanks for the suggestions Peter. I've tried Niel at Schippers and he wasn't able to go small enough. I'll try brothers but from the look of their fermenters I'd say they are 1200L... still too big... but you never know.

I'm happy to travel to Wellington as well!

waiheke ale chaps. http://alebrewingchaps.com/

maybe try talking to Mike at Sale Str - 1010 brewery, the setup there is about 500 litres I think.

Mt Maunganui - Mt Brewing Co have a couple of 100 litre kettles they use for experimenting also so maybe try Steve or Janine there

Cheers Peter, will do!

It's a long way from Auckland, but Massey University in Palmerston North does 200L batches on their brewery.

Funk Estate and Stewart Brewing would be able to let you know how it is to work with.
