Hello all, my first post here.

I am desperate to remake the acquaintance of this heavenly drop but, alas and alack, cannot find it anywhere in the country.

Can anybody out there please help me in my quest. It's been over 18 years ..... used to drink it at the Cat & Fiddle Ale House in Hastings after a few Newcastle Brown Ales from the tap.

I can't tell you who's distributing it in NZ, but there's a recipe on p244 of Clone Brews (https://books.google.co.nz/books?id=IlPBcoQZEo0C&printsec=front...).

How very interesting, a beer cookbook !  I would never have imagined, thank you. Difficult though acquiring the claimed unique water.
