How do you think they'd (100% of hop bill) go with 100% UK Pale Ale malt (Baird's) and S05? Was pretty staunch on brewing this but with three average batches in a row kinda want something fail-proof.
Looks good. I'd mash at 68c but I like a little more malt sweetness than most. hops look good. Yeh, go with the crystal you've got. I've said it before and I'll say it again - homebrewers get too hung up about ingredients. We're not trying to produce the exact same beer each time, just a really really good beer each time.
My "crystal 90" is 90ebc, which is only about 45 lovibond (all the Libertymalts are EBC - one day I'll get around to getting the certificates of analysis up on the website).
