Hi all, ive recently bought a Brewcraft kit, and have bottled my first lot which is a draught. I currently have a Blackrock Lager in the fermenter. The guy at the shop said with the lager when i bottle it to put it in the fridge for a week then take it out. Everything ive read says that when i bottle it to leave it a room temp so it can carbonate. Your thoughts please?

Either way is fine, however if you used the yeast in the kit it will probably not really need a lager, rather than codl conditioning.

For the ease of it, carbonate then lager.
So by "lagering" is that the process of cooling it down? So should i bottle it as normal, leave it at room temp for a week, then the fridge?
Yep, you want the yeast to carbonate then drop out to leave you with a nice crisp, clear beer.
You also have the option of lagering in a secondary vessel for a period of time, then into a bottle and then carbonate, however six one half dozen the other.
