I've just done my second ag beer and my first dry hopping. I've used 15g centennial with no hop bag in secondary. 9% a/a. How long will be good to leave. Have been advised that 4 days primary and 13 days secondary might be too much. Opinions welcomed

I don't usually bother saving yeast from a dry hopped beer. My attempts to wash it up tidily have been pretty bad, though chris did wash up a batch of Windsor nicely that I couldn't clear up
I have taken to dry hopping in the keg.It is great to get better and better aromas over a couple weeks time. I used pellets in a hop bag. Depending on the beer, sometimes it is 20g, but I have been known to slam down 100 - 150 depending on the beer.
