Counter flow wort chillers

What is the general consensus on them and are they really as good as YouTube make them out to be? 

I'm now ready to progress to a more efficient chiller and like the idea of counter flow. It looks like the wort is cool enough to pitch when run directly from boiler through chiller to fermenter. 

What's your vibes? Also, where to get them? Brewshop.co.nz runs out super fast!

I like my crappie home made one and imagine the proper ones are way better. I stopped going straight from pot to fermenter though as the cooling is too uneven with the last beer out sitting at nearly boiling for a long time which probably only matters on the brews with lots of late hops.so I recirculate though it.
