Does anybody have any information on the specifications of this? Weyermann's site does not go into the detail that Beertools is asking for. I need the following:
1) Protein
2) Moisture
3) Diastatic power (I think this is either zero or close to it.)
4) Potential
5) Yield
Can anyone help?
