Anyone else from the forum going on Vince Costanzo's Brewing Course at Hallertau?

I'm all signed up and I believe the course is filling steadily, so I'd be interested to know if any other forum members will be attending.

thinking of it, but probably just buy 13 kegs :s Need equipment more.

 

Unless i sell 216 beers before then :D Would be awesome though!

Hi Max,

Yes there were fourteen of us from all over NZ on the course. Three or four from this forum. Attendees ranged from some who had never even brewed before to experienced all grain brewers. I throughly enjoyed the course and there was plenty there for everyone. Certainly good value for a five day course. I particulary enjoyed the brew day as I was interested in the differences between home scale and commercial scale brewing. Same techniques but different equipment and chemicals. I would definitely recommend the course and I think most, if not all of those who attended would do the same.

I'm guessing you're off to the 4 day course, as you attended the last course do you expect the next one to add to what you've learnt / be different in content etc?

Don't have the time for 4 days at the minute but was thinking the one dayer might be interesting to get a feel for what he has to offer
