Ideas For An Old Keg Lid

I have just ordered a new lid for one of my kegs to replace an old lid that was causing me pain due to a leaky valve.  As a result I will have a spare keg lid and I'm wondering whether it can be turned into something useful.  I've been thinking of modifying it to accommodate an air lock so that it would allow me to ferment lagers in the fridge alongside my other kegs.

Any other innovative ideas for an old keg lid?

You could buy a replacement valve, get a hook TIG'd on and then hang a dry hopping bag from it.

The lid is a different shape than my others and the valve is a different type. I couldn't find anywhere that sells that type of valve so I just bought a whole new lid (with seals and valve) from Craftbrewer.

Dry hopping bag sounds good.

Yip Attach a Half inch weldless fitting on it, with a barb on the underside and a valve on the outside side. Fill corny with beer and prime to 1.3 vol, Put hose on barb end, close and naturaly carb. After that drop your beer to me I will attach it to my beer engine and drink all your beer than return the keg to you.
